Sam Iannetta’s Functional Fitness and Wellness Centers was designed with group training in mind.
Our goal is to provide cutting edge workouts, lectures or drills for your athletic team. These workouts will be designed to achieve two distinct goals.
First to challenge and improve the skills of the players while motivating them to understand their own personal weaknesses. The second is to give the coaching staff and parents quality feedback about areas that need improvement and areas of high-risk injury waiting to happen.
At Functional Fitness our staff is expert at spotting areas of weakness and or poor movement patterns that will lead to injuries in the near and distant future. Our goal is to create an environment of high quality training while decreasing the risk of injury due to poor movement patterns and weak muscle compensation resulting in poor power production.
