Professional competitive athletes can attest to how important diet is to their success or failure. Our fitness staff has made a priority of understanding the nature of diet and nutrition in relation to fitness and health.
We can provide diet analysis and nutritional guidance in the form of classes and one-on-one consulting. For our clients with very specific or complex diet or weight loss issues, we have a referral network of dieticians and physicians who may be of further assistance.
