Lunge / Curl to Lunge / Press
This is a compound move, firing multiple muscle groups, not easy but can be fun. Keep track of these tensional elements to keep this move under control. The key here is control, not wildly flailing.
- Front Knee never crosses the toes, knee does not wobble inside or out, hip tracks in line with the knee, chest stays up, inhale on the way down, exhale on the way up.
- This is a big move, meaning that you will get winded fast on this one. Sprinkle this move in when you want to get a little winded and feel a good burn, just make sure to keep all the moving parts controlled.
2-3 sets of 10-20 rep weight (start light 5-10 lbs until you get it down, most bodies will not be able to go over 25, this is not a challenge, just a range)
