Exercise corrections

  • Keep chest up, abs are contracted to where you feel pressure
  • Inhale on the way back, and Exhale when you push
  • Notice hand and elbow position, keeps knees in line with feet, step straight out.

2-4 sets of 15-20 reps (10 lb easy – 70 lb hard, and you probably won’t be able to step, just hold the staggered leg position if you can)
